* It begins on the first Friday every month.
* Come in and you will get weighed and be given a laid out eating program. Know exactly what you are eating the guidelines and you will shed those unwanted pounds and become a better-healthier you.
* You won't starve yourself either; it is a fulfilling program with plenty of natural and thermogenic foods, so you'll feel energized.
* Weigh in every week to mark your progress.
* Also included is a one hour training session is resistance cardio, because nothing burns fat better than swinging a kettlebell. After you have learned the moves then you are welcome to come to any of our cardio classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday.
