We are now holding resistance cardio classes or "plays." Here is a clip of Play #10.
Starting June 7th we will have classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
5:30am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm
or Saturdays: 9am, 10am, and 11am
The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but instead will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.

As I get closer to 10%, these thoughts help me focus so that I can accomplish it.
It's as simple as this, you cannot reduce body fat on a diet that stimulates excessive levels of insulin production. Period.
Avoid processed foods (sugar, grains, and chemically altered fats)that are foreign to our genes and make us fat and sick.
Eat lots of plants and animals. Enjoy the natural, satisfactory foods that humans ate for millions of years.
Our primitive ancestors were likely stronger and healthier than we are today.
