Cauliflower Steak

What you Need:
Cauliflower heads
4-6 oz Steak (whatever your portion size)
2 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp Butter
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the center piece of the cauliflower 1-1.5 inches thick, this will provide your 'steak'. Put coconut oil in a skillet on high heat. Brown the cauliflower, letting it cook for 3 minutes on each side. Place it on a cookie sheet, season with salt in pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven for 12 minutes. Take your actual steak and cook on high heat for about 3 minutes each side, or to whatever your liking (remember the rarer it is the higher the concentration of amino acids). Meanwhile work on making the sauce. In a skillet simply heat the butter, olive oil, soy sauce, and balsamic. Remove the steak, let it rest then slice it thin going against the grain. Plate with the cauliflower and drizzle sauce over the top.
